Date no Sato

A roadside station in the Ryozen area of Date, Fukushima, where visitors can discover the city's good food. It has a wide range of fruit and vegetables throughout the year, such as peaches, grapes, strawberries, and anpo-gaki (semi-dried persimmons). Its restaurant serves dishes made with local chicken, vegetables, rice, and other local ingredients, and specialty shops offer freshly baked bread, gelato, freshly pounded mochi, and the local favorite of beef tongue.
