Sashiba no Sato Ichikai

A roadside station in Ichikai, Tochigi, set in a satoyama landscape visited by the sashiba, the grey-faced buzzard. It has a town center that shares the appeal of the area's natural environment, a farm stand selling local rice and seasonal vegetables, and a workshop that processes and sells local produce. In its community space visitors can eat local soba, vegetables, bread and other processed foods, and ramen.
