Kikkoman Goyogura

A soy sauce brewery built beside the Edo River in 1939 exclusively to make soy sauce for the Imperial Household Ministry. In 2011 it was relocated inside the Noda factory, reusing its wooden vats, roof framework, tiles, stone walls, and gate. It still brews soy sauce supplied to the Imperial Household Agency, and tools from 1939 are on display.
