Toko Sake Brewery Museum

A museum opened by a Yonezawa sake brewer founded in 1597 and later purveyor to the Uesugi family, in a brewery building it converted after brewing there. It features brewing-hall exhibits and a residential section built with a traditional method that uses not a single nail.
